No hot water

Nine times out of ten this is a part, not a new water heater. We find out which before we quote you.

Typical range: ≈ $?(our published ranges aren't live yet)

Or price it yourself in about a minute

Diagnosis first

What we check before we quote you.

  • Gas supply and burner ignition, or the elements and thermostats on an electric unit
  • The thermostat setting and the actual delivered temperature at a tap
  • The T&P relief valve and the expansion tank
  • Sediment level in the tank and whether a flush buys you real time
  • Venting and combustion air, on anything gas

We test the unit before we quote anything. Most of the time it's a thermostat, an element, a thermocouple or a gas valve, and it's a repair. When the tank itself has gone we'll tell you that plainly and price the replacement alongside the repair so you can compare.
