  • Whether the work needs a permit and inspection, and we'll tell you when it does
  • How it sequences with tile, cabinets and countertop, so nobody gets blocked

A like-for-like swap is a straightforward, predictable price. Moving a fixture (especially a drain, which has to fall correctly) is a different job and we'll price it as one. For a full remodel we'd rather walk it with you than quote it off a form.
